Park designed the lighting to various areas of the Union Street student accommodation including the games room, bedrooms, kitchens and circulation areas.
The iconic tourist attraction Spanish City funfair in Whitley Bay, features a Renaissance-style frontage and grade II listed dome.

The National Horizons Centre (NHC) is a £22 million state-of-the art bioscience education, training, research and innovation facility in Darlington Co Durham.
The masterplan for Durham University identified a site at Lower Mountjoy, as the ideal location for a Centre for Teaching and Learning.
A 14 storey Hampton by Hilton was erected in Leeds city centre. The 192 guestroom hotel, is part of the first phase of a new, landmark regeneration project.
Park was appointed to provide general and emergency lighting throughout the building to both save energy with use of daylight harvesting and presence detection.
Park was brought in to provide the lighting design for contemporary clothing store, END, which is renowned for international, urban, sports brands and footwear.
The Arnison Centre undertook a multi-million pound expansion. Lighting was required within the parking area as the existing system had come to the end of its life.
